The past year has seen hidden baking talents emerge from the woodwork, with banana bread’s, sourdoughs and custard tarts topping recipe search lists. This May, the Chelsea Bun takes centre stage as the World Chelsea Bun Awards returns for its third year.
The online bake-off competition, hosted by Partridges, will culminate with judging at 3pm on 8 May 2021. With three separate categories, there is no excuse not to throw on your apron and bake. Simply bake your Chelsea Buns, photograph them and share the photo; either on Instagram with #worldchelseabunawards and tagging @world.chelsea.bun.awards, or email your photograph via the website for your complimentary entry in the following categories;
