We are delighted to announce that Vardo will be opening its doors on 23 September. Morning, noon and night, Vardo will welcome you in with menus that will leave you spoilt for choice.
Settle the rumbles with plates inspired by travels from across the globe. Expect charred aubergine, saffron buttermilk dressing and frilled turkish chilli, drool at charred sweetcorn, salted pandau, coconut milk and sesame coconut crunch and sip on a Medina Highball, an homage to the ancient world; fresh tart pink grapefruit blended with lime, reposado tequila and za’atar sherbit to name just a few of our options. We cannot wait!
