Available from 1 Aug – 30 Sep the new summer menu includes ‘Chicken Samboussek’ – deliciously slow-cooked chicken, marinated in sumac with pomegranate molasses, served with onion confit and garlic sauce. It’s the perfect dish to share, but we won’t judge if you don’t! A harissa-marinated Roasted Salmon Fillet is also available, coming with couscous, pomegranate and mint, making a light bite for lunch on the terrace. Fancy some fizz?
