About the information you provide us
By registering for this event and by providing your personal data to Cadogan Estates Limited, you agree to us processing the personal data which we collect from you.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act we are the data controller.
We may ask third parties to process your data on our behalf and we may contact you about other goods and services which we offer, but we will not pass your data to any third party for marketing or other purposes.

About your participation in the Tasty Games
Please read the following paragraphs carefully. They are important because they set out the basis on which The Tasty Games agrees to allow you to participate in the Event, and aim to ensure that you have a fun, healthy and safe experience.
By registering and participating in the event you agree to accept the basis of your participation as explained below, and acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.
What are the Tasty Games?
The Tasty Games is coordinated by, and is a trading name of, Solid Collective Limited, and the event at the Duke of York Square is operated by The Tasty Games with the permission of Cadogan Estates.
The event brings together activity providers and restaurants. However the activity providers and the restaurants participating at the event are independent, and none of them have any connection with The Tasty Games or Cadogan Estates.
You acknowledge that all activities are provided by activity providers who are participating in the event and that none of the activities are provided by The Tasty Games or Cadogan Estates. You also acknowledge that all food samples are provided by restaurants participating in the event, and that none of the food samples are provided by The Tasty Games or Cadogan Estates.
The risk involved in physical activities
Please be aware that exercise exposes its participants to the risk of bumps, cuts and bruises, and also to other more serious risks. Strenuous exercise can be dangerous and can cause serious injury.
You recognise that there are risks in taking physical exercise, and agree to take care when you are engaging in any of the activities at the event. You also agree to speak to the activity provider if you experience any difficulties while participating in any activity at the event.
Existing Health or Medical problems
If you have an existing health or medical problems, if are pregnant, or if have given birth in the last six weeks, you need to take particular care when you engage in any of the activities.
Medical or health problems may include problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments or bone injuries, as well as things like diabetes, asthma, heart conditions, cancer, epilepsy and arthritis.
You agree that if you have any medical or health problems, if are pregnant, or if have given birth in the last six weeks:
Food samples
The food and drink samples at the event are provided by restaurants participating in The Tasty Games, and not by The Tasty Games itself, or Cadogan Estates. Please be aware that as with all foods these samples may carry risks, for example of allergic reaction or food intolerance.
You agree that, if you have any allergies or food intolerances, you will speak to a restaurant representative before consuming any of their food or drink samples.
About the Tasty Games name and branding
You acknowledge that The Tasty Games name and all The Tasty Games branding is the property of The Tasty Games. You may share this branding on social media, but you agree not to use it for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
About the Cadogan Estates name, the Duke of York Square name and their branding
You acknowledge that the Cadogan Estates name, the Duke of York Square name, and the branding for Cadogan Estates and the Duke of York Square are the property of Cadogan Estates. You may share this branding on social media, but you agree not to use it for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
Use of images from the Event by Tasty Games and Cadogan Estates
The Tasty Games and Cadogan Estates may take photographs of the event, and you acknowledge that as a participant in the event you may be included in one or more of the images created by them. You agree that The Tasty Games and Cadogan Estates may each use such images for publicity purposes, and you give your consent to that use.
