Don’t miss Dancing Ladies by Sophie Ryder, a captivating highlight part of the Treasure House Fair Sculpture Walk, on display at Duke of York Square until 1 September 2025.
Renowned for her iconic Lady-Hare, a female figure with the head of a hare and a counterpart to the Minotaur, Ryder invites you to dance with her striking sculpture, Dancing Ladies. Her world is one of animals and mystical creatures; her hybrid beings are steeped in mythology and cultural symbolism. They are tender and self-aware, resonating on an immediate and human level.
