Chelsea is in bloom once again, with London’s largest and most prestigious free-to-attend flower festival, Chelsea in Bloom, taking place from 18-24 May.
Returning with this year’s theme ‘Out of this World’, Chelsea will be transformed into an intergalactic wonderland as more than 140 shops, restaurants, pubs and hotels unveil spectacular floral displays inspired by the allure of space travel, astrology and spiritual symbolism.
Central installations will be displayed across the neighbourhood, including a lunar-landscape on Duke of York Square and an enormous floral globe to honour Sir David Attenborough’s 100th birthday in May.
Complimentary walking tours and rickshaw rides will be available once more, at the Chelsea in Bloom Information Point on Sloane Square.
