Over the last year, those suffering from insomnia rose from one in six to one in four, with worry, anxiety, isolation and excess stress taking its toll. As we juggle the consequences of the pandemic, our sleep is more important than ever for our mental, physical and emotional health and so this year, we are paying closer attention to this national day. Plus, who doesn’t love a national day where celebrations involve a gentle snooze!
