Vegetable Week at POLPO
POLPO’s first specials week of 2023 kicks off with Vegetable Week, perfect for those taking part in Veganuary or choose to follow a plant-based lifestyle.
Enjoy a different dish each day of the week from 23 – 29 January on the special’s menu, including:
Monday | Spinach sformato – baked spinach custard served on a parmesan sauce
Tuesday | Baked radicchio Treviso with a balsamic glaze, pine nuts & parmesan
Wednesday | Castelfranco salad with stracciatella, blood orange & hazelnuts
Thursday | Puntarella salad with anchovies, parmesan & burnt butter croutons
Friday | Baked romanesco with confit datterini tomatoes
Saturday | Honey roasted rainbow carrots with crispy pancetta
Sunday | Celeriac puree, celeriac cubes & oyster mushrooms
