A new spring menu has landed at Vardo and we’re excited. Here are few of the latest and extremely tempting additions for you to choose from…
We are looking forward to getting our hands on crab to start; pickled white crab meat with brown crab mayonnaise, watercress, frisée, radish and preserved lemon sure to set your taste buds up nicely for any main course to follow. Other starters include charred romano peppers, a new burrata option and daily oysters with a selection of toppings.
The new exotic yellowfish tuna bowl with seasoned rice, dressed red cabbage, pickled daikon, edamame, shitake, avocado, crispy kale, miso mayonnaise and togarashi will excite any fish lover and if the nutrient packed main course doesn’t satisfy, you can opt for a protein add-on including a fried cracklebean egg or grilled halloumi.
