The summer holidays may be over but KXU are here this September to ensure you don’t lose your fitness mojo. Join them on 22 September to celebrate their first birthday with a morning of complimentary workouts.
From 11:00-11:30 enjoy a sweaty HIIT class. This circuit based, metabolic conditioning class consists of multiple rounds of bodyweight exercises with little rest, ensuring you make every second count.
Stretch out with a yoga class from 12:00-13:00. A dynamic style of yoga fused with music that will break all boundaries as beats sync to asana. Synchronise your breath with movement as you flow through static postures and dynamic transitions. The music will help you let go and drop sweat and stress onto the yoga mat.

The ever-popular Run Club also returns to help you kick-start your week. Anthony Fletcher will continue to put you through your paces each Monday evening at 7pm on the green to help develop your technique, speed and overall health. Remember to arrive at 6.45 to warm-up and get ready to run!
