Join us at Duke of York Square for an intense exercise session, guaranteed to get you fit over the summer from 7pm to 8pm each Monday night. Great for a range of fitness levels and complimentary to attend, you’ll be led by coach and fitness expert Chevy Rough, who ran last year’s running club and recently appeared on the BBC documentary Mind over Marathon, along with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Building upon the popularity of last year’s club, Chevy will help you and the team work towards achieving your own fitness goals. We guarantee that you’ll be feeling the burn after one of our sessions!
Make sure you arrive 15 minutes ahead of the start time to get changed and warm up.
