New Head Chef at Gallery Mess
We are thrilled to welcome new Head Chef, Alistair Riley, to Gallery Mess. Alistair has been with rhubarb for over a year and during this time has quickly shown his star quality. Alistair has brought with him a fantastic new menu featuring best of British favourites including; charcuterie sharing boards, soused mackerel with kohlrabi & dill vinaigrette and Lancashire hot pot served with pickled red cabbage.
