WODProud is a group of crossfit fans who meet monthly at various plays for WOD workout and social.
On 7 July, from 9-10.30am, lululemon on the King’s Road will be hosting them at Duke of York Square in celebration of Pride in London and raising money for The Albert Kennedy Trust. You will be put through your paces with a 45 minute WOD (Crossfit), followed by a delicious breakfast and glitter station back at the store to set you up for the day. Expect sweat, glitter and the perfect Pride parade warm-up.
