There’s still time to work on your beach body before the end of the summer, thanks to Monday Running Club and Sunday yoga sessions. Hosted by lululemon and complimentary to attend, both activities are proving incredibly popular this season – why not join us and get your perfect fitness fix at the Square?
On every Monday evening at 7pm until 18 September, our running club is led by Chasing Light’s Chevy Rough, who puts together a range of cardio and strengthening exercises which are bound to make you work up a sweat. It takes place on our running track – the same place Olympic legend Roger Bannister used to train. Perfect Monday motivation while you work up a sweat.
Wind down with our #YogaontheSquare, from 10.30am every Sunday until 27 August. The ideal way to re-set ahead of the working week, revitalise your body with some asana moves in the sunshine. Ideal for a range of fitness levels, why not cool down afterwards with a refreshing green juice at Gallery Mess?
