Grab your trainers, it's time to workout!

It’s time to dust off those trainers, pull on those leggings and head to the Square this summer. Join lululemon and KXU for a number of workouts, designed for all levels, but guaranteed to make you feel the burn.

Lululemon are back with their popular complimentary yoga sessions on the green from each Sunday 20 May to 26 August between 10.30 – 11.30am. Roll out your mat and enjoy the class as the experts teach you breathing techniques and the perfect stretches to help you unwind from the week. No need to book, just turn up and relax!

Join us at Duke of York Square for an intense exercise session as KXU start weekly Monday Club from 4 June. From 7-8pm each week, take part in a programme featuring best-in-class thinking on running form, core strength and correct intensities and learn the all important ways to stay injury fit and keep mentally strong. Anthony Fletcher will lead you through each complimentary class on the running track to get you fit this summer. Make sure you arrive at 6.45 each week to warm up as you prepare to tread in the footsteps of Olympian, Roger Bannister, who trained here for his famous four minute mile.

If cycling is more your thing, sign up to the KXU Charity Spinathon, taking place on 2 June between 11am – 1pm. Challenge yourself with a two hour spin class and pedal away raising money for the Kensington and Chelsea Foundation. Tickets cost £30 and all proceeds go directly the charity.
