Chinese New Year Market
Did you know that February sees the beginning of Chinese New Year – and 2018 is the Year of the Dog, an animal that symbolises luck.
To celebrate, Duke of York Square will be hosting a special Chinese food market on 17 February with a delicious array of Chinese delicacies and traditional entertainment – including a Lion Dance at lunchtime and Lantern Quiz running throughout the day.
If you are a dog-lover, Pet Pavilion will be on hand with a ‘Best Dressed Dog’ competition, along with treats such as Pawsecco, Puppycinos and express treatments.
The Duke of York Square Saturday Fine Food Market will be open for business as usual between 10am and 4pm, will all weekly vendors along with a selection of authentic Chinese stall-holders. Entry is complimentary.
Competition rules for the ‘Best Dressed Dog’

* The competition will end on Sunday 18 February and the winner will be picked and contacted on Monday 19 February 2018
* There is no theme for the dogs outfit
* The prize will be a luxury hamper from Pet Pavilion
