Gallery Mess have created a special set menu featuring floral notes and edible flowers offering delights such as Ceviche of sea bass, citrus fruits & Begonia flowers, followed by Honey glazed pork belly with crackling and heritage carrots, red chard & apple blossom, and for dessert Champagne poached peaches, English raspberries, rose water sorbet & crystallised rose petals. All washed down with a floral cocktail – two courses for £25.50 or three courses for £28.50.
