From 23rd to 28th May, Chelsea in Bloom, the complementary alternative to the famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show brings energy and colour to the local area with innovative floral displays, inspired activities and promotions. Retailers will compete to create carnival inspired displays made entirely from fresh flowers and plants, with plenty of stores at the Square set to take part.
There will be plenty happening throughout the week- visit the spectacular displays, explore the florally themed products and promotions in-store and make sure you visit our new guest – a 4 metre tall Amazonian parrot made entirely of fresh flowers who’s coming to roost at the Square!
Make sure you pop in to take a look at the inspired carnival and flower themed products available, as well as some fun in-store activities. Liz Earle will be hosting ‘Carnivearle’, where you can enjoy complementary hand and arm massages, get your gifts packaged up in carnival themed wrapping and some fun botanical face and body painting.
Foodies are recommended to pop in to Partridges for the Chelsea Flower Show range. Enjoy honey and lavender butter biscuits, fudge with a hint of rose and elderflower and champagne jelly.
We’re also pleased to introduce you to the latest addition to the Square – an impressive 4 metre Amazonian parrot – created by Pinstripes & Peonies – will be roosting throughout the week. Since he’s made entirely of fresh flowers in bright carnival inspired colours, he’s sure to catch your eye!
