Wapping Sourdough is a family run home bakery, producing Rye, Spelt, Kamut, Wholemeal and White Sourdoughs. Our Sourdoughs are hand made using traditional methods.
All our Sourdoughs are fermented in three stages over 24 hours, to achieve a tangy, tasty, robust real bread. There are no oils, fats, dairy or yeasts added to our breads. We produce healthy bread that’s easy to digest.
