Found by food entrepreneurs Elyse Li and Changwei Deng in 2013, we at Dumpling Van want to stir up London’s food market scene by adding a new fresh twist to the second most eaten food in the world. Dumplings! Whether for breakfast, as a snack or to bring luck at Chinese new year, dumplings are by over one billion people everyday.
Every dumpling is handcrafted using only the best of British produce. Wherever possible we use local in season ingredients from British farmers. We have devoted all our intention to bring you the best dumpling on this side of the planet.
