New kid on the block, Vardo is a hot spot for a quick drink at the bar or a buzzy dinner with pals. Sharing plates (on the larger side) are delicious and full of flavour. We recommend the ‘charred aubergine, saffron buttermilk dressing and grilled turkish chilli’, ‘baharat rubbed lamb cutlets with green harissa and tahini’ whilst sipping on the Arabian Peninsula cocktail – three to four dishes a person should be enough, but save room for the soft serve.
